The price for Phone only is $549.99.
Phone and plan:

• 1-year: $499.99 from $30 per month
• 2-years: $449.99 from $30 per month
• 3-years: $99.99 from $50 per month

The Xperia PLAY is running on Gingerbread (Android 2.3). The Xperia PLAY is also the first PlayStation Certified device. It means the phone has access to PlayStation game content provided through the PlayStation Suite initiative.

Sony Ericsson has partnered with key publishers in the gaming industry to deliver a rich, vibrant ecosystem at launch and post launch with many leading new titles available via the Android Marketplace. Leading franchises coming to Xperia PLAY includes The Sims 3 and FIFA 10 for mobile. Sony Ericsson is also partnering with Unity Technologies, using its award-winning development platform, to ensure a continuous flow of high quality 3D game titles.
